Unwind in Ellenwood at this marvelous house. With 5 bedrooms including 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, and more, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, pool table and a washing machine. The 5 bathrooms offer a bathtub and hair dryer for added comfort. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Ultimate comfort with 1 TVs in each room 5 (65 inches) & 2 (75inches) and even Tv on the refrigerator. The comfortable beds are fully outfitted with luxurious linens and our favorite down comforters.

6 min away from Publix & Kroger ( Grocery store )
20mn away from Downtown Atlanta & 15mn from the airport. No littering in the yard. If reported or got caught you will be charged $100.

No smoking inside the home of any kind. We have a recreational smoking detection device located in the home that sends us notifications. If the device is tampered you will be charged $500 for the ozone cleaning service.

Pets are permitted, but we kindly request that you inform us in advance and disclose the presence of any pets to avoid any potential cancellations. An additional Pet Cleaning Fee will be applied based on the length of your stay and the number of pets:

* 1-7 Nights: $50 per day per pet
* 8-28 Nights: $200 flat fee per pet
* 30+ Nights: $300 flat fee per pet

Please note that pet fees will be requested after the booking is confirmed. The total amount due does not include pet fees.

Pets are not allowed on furnitures.
Pets are not allowed to pee/poop on the turf in the backyard. When you do walk your dog, please be respectful of the neighborhood and pick up after your little furry ones 🙂

beautiful home BUT

First this is a beautiful home and the surrounding area was elegant but we had issues with the following1 - slow or no response from host when we had issues ie toilet paper, dryer, door entry or dryer2 - with a group of nine and a stay of 7 days we needed more than 1 roll of toilet paper3 - had a problem with door entry on first day until we figured it out. Host actually responded within a reasonable amount of time4 - front door had multiple locks. If you used the wrong lock (which we did) you would not been able to enter the house. We were blessed to find other ways to enter the establishment.5 - We told host we had a party of nine and reiterated this before arriving. We were surprised that we did not have enough forks, plates, cups, pots etc to support a group this large6 - We had to share a remote between two tvs because one of the remotes did not work with that tv7 - while washing clothes, dryer broke down(CL error) . Host never responded to this issue. So in order to dry our clothes we had to hang them on bannister. So we found a solution but a courtesy response from host would have helped.8 - hot water capacity could have been adjusted for our family size.So in conclusion beautiful property but the personal interaction that we needed sometimes did not exist!
