Yes the room was very neglected I was there for two weeks I asked for clean towels was told it was not my day to receive clean linen after the first week told me I had to wait another day I went the entire stay with the same linen ask housekeeping for toilet paper was told that I had to go to the office to get it even though she had some on her cart which I pointed out and I was sent to the wrong location that wasn't even the address I put in drug addicts hung outside all hours just terrible the only reason I stayed because of how long I was told I would get my money back it was a rainy cold week didn't have no where else to go no more money I spent over $1,000

11/19/2025 Sheets and bed blankets had holes in them both - after I was charged for a pillow case stain and blanket payment attempt - made to pay $15 for the pillow case after after I asked the manager were they new - Then I was told house keeping were instructed to put the sheets and the pillow cases with holes in them, to put them in the rooms of tenants that smokes - I take extremely excellent care of the hotel and my property no exception plus I pay monthly not weekly and I never give anyone any problems because I am a good person ( I am extremely familiar with Running an entire hotel by myself with a lot more responsibilities so I know how easy it is for me to manage the entire Hotel myself ) trained 3 months Front desk attendant, 3 months of houskeeping, 3 months maintenance, and 3 months Night Audit overnight purging the system etc. - The housekeeping was supposed to service my room on this wed. And every wed., I only asked her to give me another blanket and sheet without holes because I was charged for no reason by management and the lying housekeeper - it seems that they falsely charge good people they don't like for no reason at all
- I was told 11/2012025 that there are no blankets and sheets without holds after I ask for no new ones only without holes in them so I want be unfairly charged like I have already been charged for something I didn't do - Robert the manager, and the female attendant but Jeff never gave me any problems and was always professional
This place deserves 0 stars - the catfishing of the pictures on Expedia is actually diabolical and is completely deceiving for someone just looking for a comfortable place to lay their head for a quick trip.

Never got to check in. The hotel office was closed and we had to go to a different hotel. This is the worst and Expedia won’t refund our money
