Propane tank provided for the grill. Should tank need replacement you may swap it at a nearby retailer. We will reimburse you for this.
All trash must be bagged and securely tied. No open food containers or liquid inside the bins. Trash pickup is every Tuesday morning.

Overall good place. Few things need to be updated or replaced. We booked this place because of the outdoor space and sadly the grill was not clean and rusty. The grill grates may need to be replaced. Also bed was comfortable but squeaky every time you moved. Kitchen dishes should be looked at and updated. Like we brought a watermelon but there was not a big bowl to put it in. Keurig coffee machine didn’t work right said it needed to be cleaned and we purchased a cleaning kit. Worked better but still not great. Maybe time to upgrade. Most everything thing else was great and communication with the owner was fine. Check in process was great.
