The room had a terrible smell. There was no remote control for the TV, and the area it was in was terrible homelessness, crackheads prostitutes, people selling drugs, people beating on their girlfriends, definitely not a good area.

What was I thinking…

I had to wait to check in as my room was sold to someone else. Then when I got the room there were roaches. I asked for another room and they were rude and told me nothing else was available.

We discovered that this facility was being used as a shelter when we arrived. There were bugs all over the place, including water bugs, roaches, and bedbugs, and the rooms were filthy. I'll post the room's level of cleanliness if I can. The situation only got worse despite the staff's best efforts to control another room.

The hotel was horrible with no clean sheets that had blood and burnt. There were bugs inside and all over outside. I checked 3 rooms and they were all the same dirty rooms. However, the staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating

In the ghetto

To many people hanging out outside. When I pulled up there was a crackhead trying to hop the gate, I mean trying he tried like 15 times. Long story short I did not know I was on Godby Rd. It is too ghetto over there.

We had a terrible experience with this place. The stuff were ok but the property the cleanliness was awful. We couldn’t sleep all day all night always activities and fights loud noises and not a safe place for a stay. It says include breakfast 6-9, went for breakfast around 730, there was no food, just waffle and syrup it was disgusted. It seems like the locals just walked in for breakfast and the place don’t care. They know what is going on but nothing they can do about it, the locals run the area. I noticed all the other places like Quality Inn, Travelodge, Ramada and other places in the area are the same . I noticed some of the law enforcement officers are involved too. I would never recommend this place to anyone don’t fall for the price that was my mistake. Checked in and opened the door 2 bugs were running around smell mariujana all day. Whoever did review on this property and said it was good, that’s a lie
