This property was okay the room we stayed in was okay the only thing i didnt like was that the sheets and towels all had stains on them and when we got to the room the air wasnt on so it was hot but after a while with the air running it was good. They should prep the room for arrivals and invest in new sheets and towels.

The staff was exceptionally pleasant and offered assistance getting my mom to our room if necessary. Our room and bathroom were very clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We were only there 1 night but will stop here when traveling south again.

Check in was as usual. The front desk agent was very nice and informative. The room, I checked and the first thing you will notice is the smell. You have to turn on the ac to circulate the air. I did not like what I saw after I turned down the beds, and requested another room, which was not a problem. The night clerk questioned why I did not check the room before I turned down the beds. We are guests not quality assurance management. I did not have time to inspect the room in full until the beds were turned down close to midnight. The second room was a bit equivalent and we checked out that morning.
