AWFUL EXPERIENCE! The AC was completely broken in our room during a heat wave! Some technician came up shined a red light on our vent and left saying "You're good" BUT IT WAS STILL ALMOST 80 IN THERE. We checked out same night. I'm almost certain I saw prostitution as well happening. On top of all of that the hotel was FILTHY

the pictures of the suite were very different that were shown in the site, the rooms had stains all over the carpet floors, the ac in the rooms didn’t work and when we asked if they could fix it they sent someone up who fidgeted with the ac controls for maybe 5 minutes then told us it was fixed but it wasn’t as the temperature in my room stayed at 78 degrees. Only one elevator was truly work as one didn’t work at all and the other one work randomly stop working on floors. If your looking for a place to stay i wouldn’t recommend this place, we booked a room for two night and we ended up leaving the same day we got there it was that bad we didn’t want to stay at all. Of your looking for a place to stay i wouldn’t take the cheaper alternative GO WITH THE HILTON!

Property overall was great, staff was amazing!! We did have to leave unfortunately due to the ac not working in the two rooms we were put in, but the front desk was so accommodating and helpful. Also the restaurant in the hotel was amazing.

The staff were overall rude. When we talked to them about leaving early, they completely shut down anything that we said and were not helpful. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work and when we arrived there was a broken window that they then charged us for when we checked out of the hotel. One of the elevators was malfunctioning and instead of turning off the elevator, they left it going and the doors would open and reopen at least 3 times on each floor before moving.

It was extremely hot in my room. Very uncomfortable even when they switched me to another room I had to go sleep in my car to get a little relief. The hallways smelled of mildew and not fresh. Front desk was very helpful and nice.

Climate control didn’t work, we lost power at one point, and the elevators took turns breaking down to the point to where one was out of service every time I went to take it. Despite this, the staff was very nice and the rooms were even nicer. Worth the price, but be aware what you’re getting into.

BAD HOTEL DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel is the worse! The staff does not answer the phone, the staff is always smoking outside. The AC was broken and did not even transfer us to another room. The Temp outside is 90 F and the room was in 75F which we had no circulation and had 4 people in the room so the temp raised to almost the same outside.
