Unclean Room, but good service

First room was unclean with dirty sheets, matress and blanket stains, and dust in the air. After complaining, the front desk staff gave us a better room. It wasn't perfect, but definitely cleaner. There was only cold water, a few stains on the bedding sheets, heating did not work very well at all, freezing all night, and toilet took forever to flush lol. Afterwards, the manager allowed us a few free items from the market which was definitely nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise in the mornings, sounded as if someone was moving furniture around . Not sure if it was the workers cleaning or something else . I was awakened a few times from this .

Everything was great . Front desk people were amazing. Breakfast was really good. Very clean rooms and facilities. Beds were comfortable and pillows were just right. I was really impressed with how friendly everyone was here. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
