The staff were lovely, but there were bugs everywhere, no shower curtain, no trash can, and the facilities looked in disrepair. I left without staying the night because I felt unsafe.

Property should have been condemned. Was given a choice of four rooms and all of them were terrible - walls were scratched, furniture were damaged, television were missing, beds were not made nicely. This owner had no business of running this place. There also was what appears to be some people loitering around on property, making me feel unsafe.

THIS IS NOT A 2.5 STAR HOTEL! PHOTOS DO NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL PROPERTY! Do not book this place! Rundown, dirty and falling apart is an understatement. I left and stayed elsewhere. Smoke detector falling off the wall, doors unable to deadbolt from the inside (can see where this has been removed), mold/mildew in bathroom with chunks missing from the ceiling, baseboard rotting, furniture and closet doors falling off hinges or unable to close. The floor was the only part that looked somewhat clean. One room had a door that looked like it had been kicked in. Staff were polite and they are the only redeeming aspect of this place. If you can afford to pay a couple more dollars per night to stay anywhere else...choose another hotel!!

mold and mildew all over the walls/ceiling. Ceiling missing big chunk
Smoke detector hanging by wires. Bed looked tidy, but I wasn't brave enough to pull back the covers after seeing bugs in the air conditioner unit

The hotel looks like an after picture of a hurricane hitting it. Nothing accurate about the listing or the pictures. There were strong smells of mildew and caustic cleaning supplies. There were bugs seen inside the framed artwork.

The hotel was under construction no shower no TV no blinds i looked at 4 rooms all looked to have been slepted in and i wasnt able to get a refund for something i was not advised about. Would not recommend

I liked nothing ,I checked in went to room and about got sick, I did not unpack just left ,did not care about the money I spent for the room I just wanted out of that place .I can't believe the city of Marietta would allow a dump like that to be even open. ,bugs everywhere ,mold ,dirty it was the nastiest place Ive ever been in .and I've been around the world. It should be condemned.and destroyed. OMG can't believe that y'all are associated with that hotel .I would dump them in a heartbeat..awful..place .

I was truly shocked at the condition of this hotel!! I was surprised that the health department and code enforcement allows this place to remain open. It was truly shocking, seriously not to offend anyone but it reminded me of a third world country and its most impoverished. Just sad!

This was by far the nasiest, disgusting and awful hotel I ever booked. I can't say stayed in because literally there were so many roaches (I would bet on my parents dead graves atleast a couple hundred with tiny baby ones

This place is unsafe and unsanitary. There were claw marks all over the floors, all the cabinet doors were on crooked, the fridge had rust all over it with and extension cord extending through the room to a plug in, the walls were yellow, it smelled sour/moldy, and the shower had no shower curtain or liner. The outside smelled strongly of marijuana. Do not stay here!!! We didn’t stay because we were afraid. Once seeing the room we immediately left

I did not check in, once I saw the room k felt like vomiting! The smell of bleach trying to cover the stench in the room was overwhelming. The lobby smelled like Marijuana, there is dirt and stains everywhere, the mattress looked like someone has been murdered there. I will get a refund since I had to go to another motel
