Very nice, clean and spacious with great food options! But have to dock a star for a couple things - got awoken at 3:45 am with knocking on the door, then to my horror, the sound of the door opening. Opened the door to the living suite and the lights had been turned on. Couldn't sleep the rest of the night. Reported it in the morning it and they said there was an issue with check-in so the room showed as vacant and got assigned to someone else and that this was the 3rd incident that night. Also for a 5 star rating would have liked to be able to make the bedroom cooler, and the light in the shower was uncomfortably white and bright like a hospital which wasn't the most relaxing when trying to unwind in the shower.

It was beautiful. The staff was nice. The breakfast was amazing and well seasoned. I loved it. My only issue was the families with multiple teenagers. They were too loud. During breakfast time they should have been accompanied by an adult because they held up the waffle making station and left a ridiculous mess. However, I cleaned up the mess. Other than that, families with multiple children need to make sure they are with them when they are out of the room. They were all over the place and in the way

Nice Hotel but No Sound Proof

It was a nice hotel. We were there just for one night prior to next day's flight back to CA. The $23 parking was a little steep. The other Embassy Suites on the other side of the airport does not charge parking. Also, there is no sound insulation whatsoever. We could hear everything from our next door's kids which knock on their door and were running in and out of their room the whole night.

Might be back.

Overall not a bad stay. Room furniture and curtains need updating. Each visit room cleanliness requires a doover. Curtains and pillows needed to be pitched. Had to scrape gum from foot stool. Normally Embassy is an excellent stay but this was a very busy weekend. A lot of cheer and sports teams plus people impacted by delayed or canceled flights.

hotel.com needs a better way to communicate with t

The staff that was at Embassy suite were great as far as the cleanliness the room was clean, but the air ducts were full of dirt and dust blowing into the room went to the front desk to complain about it. Nothing was done. Everything else at the hotel was OK But hotel.com horrible could not get in touch with them to change reservations. There’s no contact number for them at all try to do chat they do not answer your questions will not use hotel.com again.
