Loved how clean the room was! The staff were friendly and helpful! A quick 10 minute walk to the mall and restaurants. Breakfast had good options. My only con was paying $45 to self park. Everything else was great!

Nice hotel but bar was never open the whole weekend. Therefore couldn’t use my 2 drink per person voucher . No one answered the phone at front desk and lines were way long. I was not able to purchase my discounted aquarium tickets and had to pay full price at the aquarium. I asked at checkout if I could get a refund for the difference and was told no. There was limited bottle waters on the premise and no vending machines . There was a small store but I only seen water for sale the day of checkout . The sat night band was nice. Maria

When we checked in we weren’t provided with the gate code for self parking. We were stuck at the gate only to realize our room number wasn’t the gate code but the desk attendant did not give us a parking pass or a gate code. Another guest had to let us into in. We got to our room and there was a roach crawling on the floor. Room was freezing. We tried to turn up the heat and the room never warmed up. The heat was blowing out cold air and never reached its set point. We had the heat set to 76 but the thermostat read 66 all night.We tried to call the front desk and the room phone was unplugged with no way to plug it into the wall. It was late so we just slept in the cold since we were checking out the next morning. The next morning we went to the front desk to complain about our experience and was told since we booked through Expedia there was nothing they could do. We’ve stayed at the Embassy Suites numerous times and never had an experience like this one.

Check in was horrible. Our flight arrived late so we checked in after midnight. The first 2 rooms given to use were both dirty. Those rooms were not “check in ready”. Finally the third room was checkin ready. However the shower head was broken. When shower was turned on, water came both in the front and the back. We called the front desk no answer. I walked down, nobody answered as at the desk. I thought the front desk was supposed to have staff 24 hours. Apparently this is not the case.
