We checked in at 7:45pm and the room was not ready. We had to wait about 45min on a room. I reserved a corner room that cost extra and did not receive one. They said they would comp my parking and add some bonus points to my Hilton account. Outside of this it was a nice hotel.

From the time me and my friends walked into the property we were greeted and everyone smiling . The hotel was nice and clean , usually the free breakfast isn’t great but this hotels continental breakfast was delicious, the pool area was nice it was a little to chilly so we just took pictures and our room was very nice .

No hot water, iron didn’t work, the pullout bed was dirty and nasty from the last guest that stay prior to us. Children were roaming the hallway and knocking on our doors then took off running. The parking garage was nasty and filthy!

Property has issues. Leaking ceiling and had to change rooms. Also they took a credit card for incidentals at check in and never refunded it. I had to call and was told it was used as a room charge. The hotel was wonderful. Angela at the front desk was great! She provided exceptional service. Mr. Sanford also stood out as an exceptional director. We travel a great deal and stay in hotels in and out of this country and I must say that this stay at the Embassy Suites is among one of the best. Clean hotel, nice courteous staff, and very prompt to ensure the guest are happy. Breakfast was delicious, happy hour was a wonderful surprise, and the meals at Ruth’s Chris was great. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The valet staff was fast and very nice. The lobby attendant was very polite and friendly. Exceeded my expectations!

Kalub at the front desk was very rude upon arrival. Check in time was at 4, didn’t get into our room until 5. No apologies no asking what we could do until it’s ready nothing. Hotel was beautiful rest of the staff was great.

The staff at the front desk hardly made eye contact and were rude. The valet and doormen were very kind however. We had a room for six, only three towels were provided and no blanket for the fold out couch. The fold out couch was extremely uncomfortable. There was a handle broken on the drawers and the ironing board was broken. Also, the breakfast service was terrible. Only a few items were available in the buffet. Otherwise you had to wait over 30 minutes for waffles or an omelet. Overall, I would not recommend.
