The staff was kind, welcoming and responsive! The property is located in a convenient part of midtown. Felt safe walking around at night and it was very easy to get a Lyft/uber. They have paid parking for $50/day. We didn’t look around for other parking since it was super convenient but I’m not sure I’d want to pay $50/day again. The lobby is on the small side but they have a bar that we didn’t go to but it may have just been a quick breakfast and coffee bar thing. Did not see it open at night. The rooms are small but still comfortable. The bathrooms are insanely, ridiculously over the top tiny! I know it’s an old historic type building but it was seriously microscopic. The gentleman did tell us at check-in it was going to be small but given ours was as small as it was, it should be made a bit clearer when booking. The hotel isn’t budget so I would appreciate knowing that beforehand. Love Indigo Hotel, the staff in each and will stay in others again but may think twice before booking here at midtown based off the tiny bathrooms in the room.

The decor throughout celebrated the theatre and artistic area of Atlanta. The historic Fox theater was located barely a 2 minute walk away. The room was small and cozy. Charming. An old building with lots of character transformed into a simple delight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely pick Indigo for our next trip to Atlanta.

The manager was very rude. I had to stand outside in the pouring rain and cold, ringing the doorbell repeatedly before anyone would let me in the building. His first words to me was I heard you the first time you rang the doorbell. I had to request a room change because the first room they put me in. There was urine on the floor on the toilet and clearly the bathroom had not been cleaned. Again, I had to deal with the same manager, and he was rude again.
