We are pet friendly :) We allow certain pets for a non-refundable $50 fee per pet (+$25/night/pet for reservations longer than one night) to cover the additional cleaning cost (all pet cats must be declawed, no dogs over 40lbs, etc). Pet owners must agree to our pet policy (please see below) and pay the pet fee prior to arriving to secure their pet's reservation.
Here's our pet policy:
-Clean up after them
-Keep them leashed anytime they're walking outside
-You acknowledge responsibility for any damage caused
-You must send a screenshot of the paid pet fee via messages, for our records once the fee has been paid
-The pet fee is due by 10 PM the night before your arrival
Here's how to pay the pet fee:
-On either the VRBO app or desktop site, pull up this reservation on resolution center and click send money, and then enter the amount ($50/pet for the first night,
$25/pet each additional night)
-In the notes section, list the breed and weight of each pet
-Then click "send" and send a screenshot to us (via the VRBO app) showing the payment
Once we receive that, your pet's portion of the reservation is confirmed (the fee is due by 10 PM the night before your check-in)! Thanks and let us know if you have any questions!
