You’ll receive a unique code that works for all exterior doors, including the garage, plus a separate auto-generated code for your unit that will remain active for the duration of your stay. The home sleeps up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms and 5 beds. Two bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms for added privacy, and a third bonus semi-private room features an attached half bath. The layout works well for families or groups seeking a flexible setup during their stay.

2.5 baths provide space for everyone, with bathroom essentials included. A bathtub offers a place to unwind at the end of a cold day, and the free washer and dryer in the unit make longer visits simple and convenient.

The kitchen is designed for everyday cooking, with room to prepare meals and gather around the island. It includes the essentials needed for shared breakfasts or quiet evenings in after a day exploring downtown.

Self check-in with a smart lock ensures smooth arrivals. Exterior security cameras are located in the common areas, elevators, and entry doors, and the unit is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

The Otis is more than just another Atlanta building. Located in the neighborhoods main entertainment corridor, It’s a new living space that offers a mix of history and modern style, all thanks to the special touch of one of the community’s former residents — designer turned television star Ty Pennington. Pennington, an ATL native and graduate of Atlanta College of Art, is best known for his work on the original Trading Spaces and ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Almost every piece of artwork in The Otis – not only in the spaces but also inside the gallery (which is the common areas) – is custom work by Ty Pennington. The Otis is named for an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site. The preserved façade still carries the company’s logo.

Parking: The rental includes two spaces in the covered and secured garage. The garage has a 7'5'' height restriction. Free public parking is available in front and behind the building. Extra parking spaces can be purchased by request, if available.
