Shower is lukewarm does not get hot bathroom tub was peeling and lots of stands. Nooks and crannies were very dusty and unclean. Everyone was very kind and polite, including the lady at the bar. Shuttle service was great and prompt. The fact that they are at airport hotel, and make you pay $2 for coffee is insane.

Awful stay. We selected this property near airport due to the room having 3 beds, as we were three adults . Sofa bed was very broken and unusable. The nightstand was broken and also unusable. We requested a room change but hotel was booked. Too late to find alternate. Worst night sleep ever. General Manager unresponsive and indifferent. Staff unhelpful and uncaring. Expedia unhelpful. Have tried to followup with hotel and expedia but both indifferent. Extremely disappointing after years a as a loyal customer spending thousands. Run from this hotel.
