The woman who works behind the desk in the daytime is very nice and helpful,but after that forget it. The furniture is old and run down. The gentleman that works the overnight shift was useless. I asked him for some coffee for the coffeemaker in the room,he said;he had none. I waited 15 minutes after he left,then asked the day shift manager,well she reached under the counter where he was sitting and pulled out some coffee. You could hear the individual above stomp across the room,yes,not walk,but stomp

When entering, the doors are challenging to open, the entrance smells nice however my room reeked of cigarette smoke almost to the point where I left and my clothing smelled like cigarettes. The hallways smelled like marijuana and the carpets were pretty dirty. I did like the setup in the room, the amenities and how cozy it “could” have been if it didn’t smell so badly of cigarettes.

Rating has to be family and friends. Filthy bathroom. Walls were dirty, vent was covered with dust, soap pad in shower was filthy, hole in bathroom door, and bath towels were dingy and had holes and shredding, towel rack fell off the wall with first hand towel taken off. I went to the front desk and asked for face rags and was given a hand towel and bath towel. When I mentioned I needed face rags I was told they didn't have any. The lamp was rusting. TV was mounted crooked. Refrigerator was very clean, but the door seal was coming off. Bed was like new. Hallway carpets were stained and filthy. Seen an outlet that was just hanging loose from the wall and exposed. I also was signed up unknowingly to their rewards program. Someone needs to explain the 8.2 rating.
