The location of the room was nearly perfect. Being right across the street from the beach public access was extremely convenient. The large pool was amazing. It was clean and even with several other families swimming at the same time there was plenty of room. It didn't feel crowded. There was also plenty of seating and lounge chairs for catching sunrays in the pool area also. The property itself had several areas to be able to sit and enjoy the weather outside. To swing on bench type swing. Or to dine at a picnic table. The people were friendly, the grounds were manicured, and it was close to the local restaurants, grocery, park, and tourist attractions. The room decor was as pictured. The cleanliness was a bit less than desirable. The shower head was brown with mold/hard water dirt. Something was splashed/spilled on the wall by the bed, paint peeling up behind the door, with rusted hinges, brown/dirt layered in spots in the bathroom around the sink, wall, shower, and toilet. I cleaned before we stayed in it. I removed their linens and used our own. The linens did look entirely clean. I just preferred to use mine. The closet did have random stuff in it. Like umbrella and chair. Looked pretty old, we didn't use it. The check-in process was easy. I don't know if I checked out correctly. They tell you what you should do to the unit before leaving upon check in, but there wasn't anything I received that said to mark check out like I did when I checked.
