I stayed at this property for a week in August with my husband, my sister, and my two kids (ages 8 and 5), and I cannot recommend it highly enough—we’ve already booked again for next summer! The host has gone above and beyond to make sure the house has absolutely everything you could possibly need. And I don’t just mean the basics (towels, beach chairs, hair dryer, etc.). There’s also an incredible outdoor shower, multiple washing machines, boogie boards, bikes, and more board games than you can count, just to name a few extras.The house itself has a great layout, but what really sets it apart is the overall vibe. Unlike many Margate rentals, the interior feels fresh, thoughtfully decorated, and well put together with quality furnishings.The location couldn’t be better. Hot Bagels is just a three-minute walk away, there are at least five excellent restaurants within four blocks, and of course, the beach is close by.The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night, given the property’s location on Ventnor Ave and its proximity to Dairy Bar and Sunrise Tequila Bar. That said, the host has anticipated this too—there are quality sound machines in every bedroom, which makes a huge difference.
