Offensive behaviour of staff

Waiting for breakfast for 1.5 hrs! Asked 3 times what we wanted and chased up tons but nothing my son was absued by sone woman who swore at him - hes 14! Not an experience id like to repeat! Do not stay here if you have kids its not good.

This hotel was clean, our room was spacious, a short walk down to the beach & boardwalk. The breakfast menu was very small & didn't have several of the items available the day we ate there. We were informed early of the day we arrived that they were having issues with the hot water system & would refund our money if we didn't want to stay there. We thought that after our 7 hour day to Atlantic City they surely would have had the issued fixed. We stayed 2 days there & the problem wasn't fixed. The only ice machine was also broken. We were given free parking, but that was the only compensation we were given.

We stayed for 2 nights to see a concert at Hard Rock - the hotel room could have been a bit cleaner (hair in the tub) overall just a bit run down - the area to get breakfast was weird - you had to order & then they made it for you - took forever to find someone to take our order & then they gave 1/2 of it to another table - seemed like the young lady did not want to be there - the energy was depressing

This hotel had hot water outage and informed us on the day before check in. The outage was in place for a week and they only compensated 50 dollars and free cancellation. Finding another hotel was very difficult and the surrounding hotels were sold out. The manager who was on duty on August 1st evening was very rude and selfish

There was no hot water. The air conditioning in room was not functioning properly. The breakfast option was not what was expected. General hotel condition looks nothing like images on Expedia. Staff did the best they could.

Very dissatisfied

I have stayed at Marriotts for years with my family and I’ve always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case for this experience. We arrived at the Marriott Courtyard to a bunch of trash and debris all over the ground as we walked in. There were also people Who appeared to be homeless saying around the farm. Walking in the way we be behind us walk in there was water dripping, and it was very slick. We had to be very careful to not fall. I understand things happen, but we were emailed a few hours before arrival saying that the hot water was out indefinitely.We still decided to stay because it’s a Marriott and we’ve had good experiences in the past. All the trash cans were filled and overflowing on the ground as we walked in both days. I went down to order and appeared to be only two people working and waited in line over 25 minutes and another 20 minutes to get food that was not hot. The coffee was so bad we had to order a 2nd cup, which still was not hot. I tried to order the breakfast that came with my reservation and many of the meals were not available because they said they were out. We tried to call the front desk a few times and when we did get through there was so much static we could not make out a word they said. There was only ice on 3 floors ours and many others were all out of ice. We asked for a late checkout which they granted however the did not note this on our account so we got stuck in the elevator and were not able to go up to our room.
