Nestled in the heart of Margate, NJ, this new construction 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home offers the epitome of coastal luxury. Just 2 blocks from the beach, this fully furnished retreat boasts an open-concept layout, spacious bedrooms, a massive kitchen w/ island, and a beautiful fully fenced backyard with a BBQ—perfect for gatherings. Added bonus: a Tesla car charger in the garage for EV travelers. The photos don`t do it justice. Your seaside escape awaits!

When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection.

The charge listed as “Damage Protection” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.

Perfect family gathering spot and location

All problems were solved quickly and satisfactorily. The space was excellent and immaculate. We were challenged by the pole dividing the driveway but we learned to deal with it. We became good at jockeying cars. It was wonderful to have a place that was as comfortable with space for visitors to have their own bathrooms and walk in closets. We will consider Host House again in the future.

Margate holiday weekend

Perfect house, extremely well managed. This house was carefully thought out as a rental house, and is quite well set up. They really get the details right, from the welcome gift of snacks, to the beach towels provided, as well as toilet paper, paper towels, ziplock bags, etc Pretty much a turnkey setup, which makes it hassle free. And when assistance was needed, the people from Host House who manage the property were immediately available and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this property.
