First room dirty bandaid on bed Second room poopand blood on bathroom door toulet didnt flush no hot water toenails and chewed lollipop stick in bed. Worker told me to leave if i didnt want a dirty ass room. Dont stay here its dirty and rooms smell bad!

The room was clean, the king size bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were not firm very difficult to sleep. There were no fitted sheets for the pull out bed. The staff was friendly but wasn’t very helpful when asked about the parking. The elevator is so small only 3 people can fit.

The staff was very nice and we were able to park onsite and getting to the room was convenient. Room 325 was a little cold due to being on the outside. It was warmer by the sofa then it was by the bed, since the bed was right next to the window. Overall it was a nice hotel. Would consider using again.

My family and I visited this hotel for Christmas vacation only to check in and the heat was not working they had no rooms available so we couldn’t get another room there was mold in the shower which backed up when we used it the sink had absolutely no water flow and the sink filled up with every use the room had a smell that was not pleasant we had 5 small children with us and it was cold and to late to look for another place to stay so we were forced to stay in the cold room with ridiculously small blankets that provided no warmth at all there were used tampons under the sofa bed and no we were not the only ones without heat we will not be returning to this hotel good luck to whoever is willing to give them a chance

For some reason they decided to turn OFF the heating in the rooms, it was in the 20's outside and about 40 degrees in the room, even with the heat turned up to 80 it never was able to catch up to much above 50. We couldn't even sleep
