The carpets were disgusting. The pillows were horrible standard and hard. There was no extra blanket for those of us that were cold. When we asked for new towels we were told she only had enough for her rooms. There were no bathroom cups and overall the place looked shabby. The beds were not comfortable either. I hate that they don't provide a microwave either.

We checked in on the first day the room was perfect until we went to bed and the lights that beam on the side of the building were right in our windows and the curtains didn’t block out any of the light so we didn’t get much sleep luckily the next morning my wife got the room changed but we settled in that room and the tv didn’t work so they had to send a technician up to switch out our tv mid visit it was pretty inconvenient
