I liked that it was close to the beach. However, my first room was absolutely disgusting. It looked as if the floor was never cleaned from the previous visitors. There was sand and curly hair on the bathroom floor. There was a stain and crumbs on the sheets and rice on the table chairs and floor in the sleeping area. The hallway smelled terrible and there was some sort of fan blowing the stench all around. They did switch my room for me which was a bit better. I know of 3 different people who got stuck in elevators there as well which made it scary to ride them. I do jot plan on returning but if i had to i would not stay in the West tower.

I did extensive research when booking Tropicana. I read reviews and went on TikTok and Twitter to read the bad and good. Hotel stay was great. I booked the Havana tower. I heard the other towers are bad. While on the elevator someone mentioned requesting a new room due to the quality of another tower. I personally had no issues with my room or the hotel in general. I will say it sucked that the power went out on one side for the elevator so it’s like 300 ppl using 2 elevators the longest wait was 3-4 minutes which is fair. You can’t control the weather and when maintenance came by the elevator was fixed again. I will be back. The food at the Wild Honey is a 10/10. Perfect.

I will start off by saying that we did have fun on our trip and made the most of it, but I was highly disappointed with a few things. The air conditioning in our room was barely working and the room felt muggy. We called the front desk and were put on hold for almost an hour. They finally said they would send someone up to our room. Maintenance showed up about and hour after that and worked on the ac. He was able to get it a few degrees cooler but not much. The walls are thin and you can hear people in the hall and in the rooms next to you. Woke up each morning to some sort of banging! Annoying! The last thing was the elevators in the west tower. We had to wait almost an hour just to get on the elevator. It seems only 2 out of the 4 are working. Each time an elevator would come it would be full and we would have to wait for the next, only to have that one full. I have never stayed at a resort and had this problem EVER! Really need to make sure all the elevators are working. What an inconvenience and waste of mine and others time! I expected more staying here! My next trip to Atlantic City I will be definitely staying somewhere else! With all of that a few positivities. I loved the casino floor and all the options to eat. My favorite was PF changs. I would come back to property for the food and casino just not to stay on this property.

Waited 45 minutes for an elevator tired of waiting so took the steps from the 36th floor,water in tub slow going down. If you don't pay extra for valet parking you don't get to use the Luggage cart so you have to carry all your stuff a mile to your car.

During our stay the pool area in the Norlth Tower was closed. The closing caused very crowded conditions in the South Tower pool area. No adult swim time. The life guards on duty were more interested in their phones than the boisterous children splashing guests. No hospitality services offfered in the pool area. we were left with the impression that the resort is indifferent to the guests who dine in the restaurants and spend money in the casino. Instead a take or leave it attitude prevails.

Booked a nonsmoking room but the room still smelled like cigarette smoke. Floors were dirty. Noisy plumbing that would make loud sounds throughout the night. Rooms could use some modernizing
