Large apartment (85 m²) for 2-6 (8) persons with an equally large terrace (35 m²)!Welcome dear guests on the "Sonnseite" of Au in the Bregenz Forest! We rent in our apartment building in the 2. Floor apartment for 2 - 6 people with 85 m² and a large south-facing terrace with 40 m². Enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains with a good glass of wine on the terrace and plan your next hiking or mountain bike tour for the next day. There are 2 bedrooms available. 1 double room plus a pull-out double couch and a multi-bed room with double bed and bunk bed for the children (normal bed size also suitable for teenagers and adults). The bathroom consists of bathtub, shower and sink. The toilet is separate. From the open living-dining area you reach the terrace. On one side is the fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee and Nespresso machine, toaster, egg cooker and kettle etc. Some kitchen basics like mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, oil, vinegar are also available. The dining table can accommodate 6 people. On the other side is the cozy corner couch for "Lümmeln" (the youth of today probably says "chill out") with flat screen TV and DVD / BluRay player. Also an Internet connection (over WLan) is available. There is some reading material and div. Toys for adults and children. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, 2 sunbeds and sunbeds. In addition, a ski / shoe dryer is available.
