About this accommodation



Close to the center of Aubenas and its shops, just half an hour from various tourist activities, the Voie Verte gîte is nestled in a quiet family neighborhood with little traffic, surrounded by ancient orchards. Enjoy the countryside just a stone's throw from town. The property is located next to the voie verte, perfect for pleasant strolls, and is near the indoor swimming pool and an organic market.



The apartment is on the ground floor of a stone house where we live as a family. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis.



The accommodation features a bright living room with a counter area and a Clic-Clac sofa bed, a large fixed bay window, a shower room, and a bedroom with a double bed. Bed linen is included. The apartment has been thoughtfully converted from a garage; the ceiling is a bit low and there are few windows, but an efficient ventilation system ensures good air circulation and a cool atmosphere.



Please note that there are many mosquitoes in the Ardèche area.



In front of the gîte garden live Mastok and her three chicks.



There is shared parking on the property and a separate entrance. The garden is equipped with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. Luggage storage is allowed. All accommodation is on one level.



A cleaning fee applies. Towels are not provided, so please bring your own.



Access for travelers



The entrance to the apartment is at street level. To access the garden, you need to climb three steps and be mindful of the low head clearance.



A small herb and flower patch is available in the garden—feel free to use the rosemary for your grills!
