Unit #2 is beautifully appointed with Auburn memorabilia - has fully equipped kitchen, den, bathroom, master bedroom, and balcony. Sleeps 4 (Queen bed and pull out sofa with auto-inflate mattress. Reserved parking slot (no steps). On-site property manager is available to assist (M-F 9am - 5pm). Building remains locked and secure with 6 security cameras on the premises. Our condo has the highest feedback rating of all the 316 VRBO properties listed in Auburn, AL!!

You will have use of GameDay's beautiful and spacious common areas - an inviting lobby with comfortable seating and separate lounge area with multiple wall-mounted TV's and tables and bar area. A perfect venue for your indoor tailgate!

Free internet service and complimentary use of 2 washers and 2 dryers as well as a commercial ice machine are at your disposal. Netflix and Amazon Prime are accessible on our large Samsung Smart TV. A conference room is also available.

**New in 2021** Gas grill on balcony (gas provided). Spectacular, huge new shower. All new flooring, lighting.
