Everything about this place was like a breathe of fresh air. From the friendly staff to the immaculately clean rooms, I couldn’t have asked for more. And then they gave me more. The breakfast is superb with options literally anyone could love. They have coffe that is ground and brewed on the spot. I know that I will stay at as many Avid properties as I can find. If there’s not one available, I might just stay home.

Check in was super easy and quick!!!! Staff is amazing. New concept hotel... breakfast includes breakfast sandwiches, various cereals, bagels, yogurt, fruit. No microwaves in the rooms and fridges are super small. Nothing wrong just a little different. I can get used to different. 7 minutes from campus. Will definitely be back!!

We loved it!

My daughter had a soccer tournament in the area. We found this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay our room was great! They also have breakfast which my daughters loved! We will definitely stay here again !

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Unfortunately the A/C was not working properly in our room. They did replace the unit so that our second night was comfortable. I would stay there again.
