Bella Seven is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom home within walking distance of Oneroa Village, Cable Bay, Mudbrick and Matiatia Ferry. It sleeps up to 10 guests across a super king, two queen beds, two king singles and a double sofa bed available on request. The home includes two lounges, a full kitchen, dining for 10, a 65-inch Smart TV, laundry, covered outdoor dining with BBQ and heater, air conditioning and heating on both levels, and onsite parking for 3 cars.



The Space:

Bella Seven is arranged across two levels and accessed by a long driveway with onsite parking. Floor-to-ceiling glass and sliding doors provide natural light throughout the main living areas.



Downstairs



The main living, dining and kitchen area is located on the ground floor.



The lounge has a 65-inch Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system. The adjoining dining area seats up to 10 guests, and the full kitchen includes Bosch stainless-steel appliances, generous bench space and storage for group meal preparation.



Sliding doors open to a covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ, clear café-style weather screens and an electric heater. This area can be used for outdoor meals in a range of weather conditions.



The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. A full bathroom and a separate, well-equipped laundry are also located on this level.



Upstairs



The main bedroom has a super king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and access to a private deck with outdoor seating and leafy views. The super king can be divided into two single beds when arranged in advance.



The second bedroom contains one queen bed and two king single beds, accommodating up to four guests. A second full bathroom is located nearby.



The upstairs lounge provides an additional living area with a wall-mounted television. Its double sofa bed can be prepared for two additional guests when requested at the time of booking.



Heating and cooling are provided to the upstairs bedroom area by an air-conditioning unit.

Eight guests are accommodated in fixed beds. Use of the sofa bed is required when booking for nine or 10 guests.



Guest Access:

Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is 10:30am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on same-day bookings. Guests have full access to the home, outdoor areas, and on-site parking



The Neighborhood:

Bella Seven is positioned within walking distance of Oneroa Village, where guests can access shops, cafés and restaurants.



Cable Bay and Mudbrick vineyards are also within walking distance for tastings, meals and nearby functions. Matiatia Ferry Terminal can be reached on foot, although walking time will depend on the route and individual mobility.



Getting Around:

The nearest bus stop is within walking distance and connects easily to Onetangi, Oneroa, and the ferry terminal. Buses stop outside major vineyards including Cable Bay, Mudbrick, and Wild on Waiheke.



Taxis on Waiheke are expensive, and private drivers can also be costly. Hire cars, scooters, and e bikes are often the most practical and cost effective way to move around the island. On site parking is available at the property



Other Things to Note:

This is a self-catered holiday home, not a fully catered stay. We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, coffee, tea, and milk to help you settle in on arrival. Once these starter items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.



Beach towels are provided at properties with an available pool or spa. Guests staying at properties without a pool or spa will need to bring their own beach towels.



Please advise at the time of booking if you would like the sofa bed made up.



A porta cot and highchair are available.



There is a coffee plunger in the property.



Waiheke relies entirely on rainwater tanks. To support sustainable living and protect local supply, especially during the drier summer months, we ask guests to be mindful of their water use during their stay.
