This 4 bedroom character filled holiday cottage that has been owned by the same family for 3 generations. Recently the house has gone through a complete make over. The inside was renovated, fully redecorated and all applicances replaced. However, the essence of the home has been retained. This remains, at its heart, a classic Kiwi bach.

As soon as you step through the front door all those childhood memories come flooding back. Here as kids we could spend all day on the beach and run home without having to worry about sand on our feet or being told off by the oldies for making a mess. Family dinners around the huge dining table and games of hide and seek on the lawn.

With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the house can comfortably sleep 8 guests. The bed configuration has the Master bedroom with a California (split-able) King bed in a large room which opens onto the wrap around covered deck, with the view across the Bay. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom in the main house has a king single bed.

At the back door is the sleep out, which has a double and single in one room along with a connected en-suite with shower and toilet.

The compact kitchen was fully remodeled in 2024 and comes with Smeg oven and gas hob, stainless steel dishwasher, micro wave and full size fridge-freezer. There are plenty of bowls, platters and utensils - everything you may need to whip up the great meal.

There are also board games and books galore, along with free use of the kayaks under the house.

The flooring throughout the main house has also been fully replaced in 2024 with beautiful engineered timber, giving the house a clean and fresh feel.

There is a 40" TV with Sky and of course free Wifi as well as stacks of books, magazines and board games to keep you occupied.

There is also newly installed air conditioning/heat-pump unit to keep you cool during summer months and warm during winter times.

The wrap around deck has a large BBQ and outdoor furniture and at the front of the property a large flat lawn offers space to play and a good spot to park a boat. There is a further lawn to the rear, this has a purpose built area for a tent.
