One of the better hotels we have stayed at.

Just a one night stay after a cruise. Fabulous hotel. Clean, great amenities, great view, convenient location. Easy walk to many restaurants, shopping and hop on hop off bus. Great breakfast with many healthy options at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and attentive. We got off a cruise ship in the morning. Staff held our luggage and it was in our room when we returned later that afternoon. Icing on the cake was the robot that delivered ice and towels to our door! Got an Uber to the airport within a couple minutes in the morning. I had not heard of this hotel chain before but I will be on the lookout for them in the future.

M Social was perfect for a post cruise stay, walkable with luggage from the Prince pier cruise terminal. The staff were friendly, and the concierge was helpful in advising us and procuring tour reservations. Many excellent restaurants and the ferry terminal were within a short walk. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel were good options and we enjoyed both. The room was clean and roomy with a large modern shower. Ours came with a beautiful view of the harbor.

The hotel location is ideal to visit Auckland. Personnel very kind, rooms a little small but have enough space. My only complain is the lack of space in bath for toiletries, This hotel is for a short stay.
