This hotel was a wonderful way to finish our vacation in New Zealand. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciated the service in the bar and restaurant. Tristan was great. The buffet in the morning offered a lot of choices and the staff was able to help me with something fresh. Honestly, the best service of all of the 10 hotel stops we had during our vacation.

What makes M-Social stand above its peers is its exceptional and helpful reception and restaurant staff. The only thing that lets you down is the external noise. Although you are double glazed it is only a very narrow gap between the glass panes hence the noise comes in. You need a sound proofing triple glazing system.
