💳 Security Deposit – An $800 bond is required before check-in via credit card authorization (fully refundable if no damage occurs).
👶 Children Welcome, but Please Note: The apartment is not child-proof – extra care is advised for families with young children.
👕 Body Corporate Rule: Clothes or laundry must not be visible from outside when drying.
