Our 4 days stay at the Waipuna hotel Ambassador Suite was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, we love the quiet atmosphere and beautiful views of the Panmure Basin. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was so comfortable, staff were very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend.

We had to call the reception to request toilet paper and bath towel refills. These were delivered by staff, and on one occasion we also went to the reception to pick them up ourselves. The car park is spacious and includes many EV parking spaces. However, these were often occupied by non-EV vehicles as they are located close to the building entrance. Aside from this, the hotel is good and offers great value for money. Highly recommended.
