Located in a recent, secure and quiet residence, near the city centre of Auray, this apartment will seduce you with its comfort, tranquillity and accessibility. This apartment is organised around a common area integrating the living room and kitchen. One bedroom and the bathroom with WC complete the ensemble. It is the ideal base for discovering the region alone or as a couple. Good comfort amenities in a privileged location.
On the second floor of a 4-storey residence, you will be able to rest and serenely plan the discovery of this superb region. Auray's central position, at the crossroads of different tourist areas, makes it a highly sought-after location for travellers.
Parking is done in the residence's private car park.
This flat is close to shops and restaurants in the city centre, accessible on foot, and near the market square. The market in Auray takes place every Monday and is the most renowned in the region. Not to be missed.

From Auray station, during the summer season, the "corkscrew" train takes you directly to Quiberon, and to its pier for Belle-Île-en-Mer. Ideal for avoiding traffic jams.

The Port of Saint Goustan is a must-see, where you can enjoy the Breton way of life by having a drink on the terrace or a quality dish in a local restaurant.
Auray is ideally located in Southern Brittany, between Vannes and Lorient. It is at the crossroads of access routes to the Quiberon peninsula, the beaches of Carnac and the famous Gulf of Morbihan, classified in the very exclusive club of the most beautiful bays in the world.
Auray is very close to Sainte-Anne-d'Auray, a holy Breton site, the third pilgrimage site in France.
