The property is on a greenbelt with a creek running past the backyard and access to community playgrounds, sports, frisbee golf, a fishing pond, and more right on the trail. The deck overlooks trees, trails, and the creek. The house has high-end import furnishings from local boutiques, a stocked coffee bar, 50-inch flatscreen plasma with a Roku with HuluPlus, Disney+, AmazonPrime, HBO, and more. Internet speeds over 200 meg/sec. The master bath has both a walk-in shower and a garden tub. The kitchen is stocked with cooking tools, pots/pans, and kitchen knives if you decide to cook meals at home. There are 10-foot ceilings throughout and vaulted cathedral ceilings in the living/dining area. The kitchen opens into the dining/living area for a great open floor plan.

Very enjoyable experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was located in a great neighborhood, with access to a park, food, entertainment and I-35. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Older home, but very comfortable. Plenty of room for a medium or large family. Beautiful views from the deck. Lisa went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Very responsive to all our requests. Would definitely rent the property again!

Great stay

This property was perfect for us, knowing the area a little bit, we were able to locate the property without a problem. It's a nice quiet neighborhood and just a very short walk from the park. Everything you need within a few minutes driving distance and just away enough from downtown to not make it a chore. Great service and communication with the owner and property manager Joel.
