The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please follow these steps by check out @ 10am : Tidy up &return furniture/items to original places. Dishes: Load & run the dishwasher. Wipe up any spills. Trash: Dispose all trash in garage bins.
BBQ Grill: If used, clean the grill with the provided brush. Sheets will be handled by the housekeeper. Hang used towels to dry. Turn off lights, fans, appliances, and electronics (stove, oven, etc.).
At check out Set A/C to 80°F warm months, 55°F in cool months. Look for any personal items in drawers, closets & storage. Doors/Windows: Lock all doors & windows. Exit through the front door & lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Stays over 7 days require additional cleaning cost of $199.00 per wk. Strictly Enforced-NO DRONE flying allowed OR FIREWORKS.
Discounts are in quote. Must be 24 years old to book. No smoking -OUTSIDE ONLY! No parties, BBQs, or gatherings are allowed with outside visitors.
3 cars ONLY on granite road only-not on grass Make/Model/Plates of cars. Septic system-No improper materials flushed. Quiet hours 9pm-8am. No Pets.
