My stay was perfect! The host was very communicative, the place was spotless. The bathroom had nice ammenities and a great shower. We were able to walk easily to South Congress for shopping, food and music yet be in a low key neighborhood. Mehrad responded quickly to any questions. We would totally stay there again.

Visited Austin for the first time to attend ACL music festival. Chose this property as a good compromise between distance from ACL and price point. Without a car, we found the Lime scooters a valuable and feasible asset! This property was a clean, comfortable, and spacious place to shower and rest. The owner was onsite, communicative, and very kind. I would stay here again.

Great Retreat

Host was very communicative. Great location, clean and well appointed - jut what we needed for the two night stay in Austin. Close enough to the city to get inner city quickly. Distant enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Would return.
