-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

The house was very well appointed and comfortable, the host was very accommodating and communicated well with us throughout the planning process. The house was in an amazing location that made it so that we we’re incredibly close to just about everything in the downtown area (it became a joke that everything was between 10-15 minutes away no matter what we were trying to do). The house has multiple different “spaces” that made accommodating the different groups in our party super easy, and the living room was very comfy with the fire place and comfy lounging chairs and sofas.

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, glasses. We didn’t cook there, just used toaster, and coffee maker!! Beds and sheets were very comfortable, plenty of towels!! I think for the price there could be a few things that could use attention ( kitchen sink faucet needs adjustment, hot is cold, cold is hot, and the whole thing needs to be tightened down, the garbage can cabinet also needs attention, I wish the house had a keyless entry system, the key in the lockbox was a bit of a pain since there was only the one key and it was not near the door), but overall I would stay here again. The location was perfect for the family wedding weekend and all the activities. Taking Uber’s was a breeze. House says it sleeps 12, I guess it would depend on your group, not that it can’t be done, but bathrooms/privacy might be an issue. We had 8 and it was fine, but glad we didn’t have 10. Overall excellent experience!

This was a great location! The house was amazing. We did have one issue with the blinds in one room falling down in the middle of the night which scared the crap out of us but nothing to fault the renters just accidental. The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked.

We had a wonderful stay at Dozier House! The open common area space and huge kitchen was perfect for our group to all have eating and lounging space. The central location was convenient to all the areas we wanted to visit, and the parking was a huge plus for our guests with a car. Only "negative" was the fridge was a little tricky to close, and the sun was very bright in the mornings through all the windows along the back of the house without blinds, but I cannot say there was any shortage of natural sunlight! Overall, it exceeded our expectations and I would definitely book it again!

This house was perfect for a big family - has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a guest pull out sofa downstairs. Love the way the living room is set up - we enjoying spreading out around the room and watching football one day. Kitchen is fully stocked. Bonus that we got to bring our dog - backyard nicely fenced. Nice outdoor spots for when the weather is nice. Great location - close to UT.

Beautiful house in an excellent location. One issue was a bedroom was supposed to have two twin beds, but all contained either a queen or king. Not a big deal, but we had to give someone the sleep sofa which was supposedly very comfortable.

We were so comfortable!

This home offered more accommodations that we needed but we wanted a space where we could spread out and have places to ourselves. We spent the week helping our local family prepare for their wedding and then do clean up and recovery. We felt fortunate to feel at home while being 1500 miles from home!We followed all the instructions regarding temperature control for the third floor, but I think it is difficult to regulate the climate of these old houses so keep that in mind.

Loved the place, an old tudor with character but upgraded in the bathrooms and kitchen. Beds were A (both my wife and sister-in-law commented). Great location (convenient to airport and downtown). No problems but when I texted the hosts about something, got an immediate reply.

Bachelorette Weekend

5 bridesmaids and the bride stayed in this property for a long weekend of celebrating our best friend. The location was perfect to all the activities we had planned downtown, plenty of living/lounging areas and bedrooms and bathrooms to give us space to spread out and decompress. It was truly perfect.
