Wonderful stay

Beautiful room and aside from the bed being a little hard, it was great! Walls are thin, though and door isn’t sealed, so you could hear hall noise.

Arrived late in the evening. Staff is very welcoming, professional, and courteous. Checking in was a breeze. Room was great. Bed very comfortable. Shower and water pressure was a welcome relief.

The property is great and centrally located. The staff is amazing. I was traveling with a pet and the young lady in front explained the pet policy of the hotel. She made the process go very well. The room was clean and everything looked good and in order. Overall, very satisfied with my stay so far.

People gathered in the lobby both Friday and Saturday night of our stay and were very loud. Screaming, yelling, singing. I contacted the front desk both nights and they didn’t do anything about the noise. They said they would close down the lobby at midnight but they didn’t. They closed the door to our hall and court still hear the noise until 1am. We were staying for a competition and had to be up at 5 am both mornings so we got very little sleep. I’ve never stayed at a hotel That allowed that kind of noise that late at night. Would never stay again.

Avoid this one. Towels and linen were torn and stained. There was a large group of kids staying, running the halls all night yelling and knocking on random doors. I’m sure they had a great time, but management did nothing. When I checked out in person they didn’t even ask how my stay was. There are soooo many other places close by at this price point that are FAR superior to this dump.

There are curbs at the entrance bordering the awing that are so long that I ran over them trying to drive to a parking space. Yeah, my problem, I know. It was also dark and raining, so they were hard to see. It’s $175.00 for an alignment, but hopefully no suspension damage. A very expensive hotel stay.
