Had several other reservations at this property for the coming months that were cancelled. Zero welcoming atmosphere. Bar on 8 had no service. Room was so dark and no workspace.

Comfort and police brutality finally meet

Staff was nice, room was clean, bed was okay but the pillows were uncomfortable and remind me I need to bring my own. Was happy that the coffee and water bottles in the room were free. Also we got to see a guy get his foot broken by being tackled by cops outside our window, and could hear the screams audibly from our 5th story room. Definitely a new experience. Overall would recommend but being close to 6th Street does come with some craziness it seems.

Never again!!! Pet friendly and free attracted me to this location, but i had a horrible time. The rooms are SMALL, the closets have no center rack to store clothing comfortably, cheap ineffective steamers instead of irons. Service at the Heyyday bar was horrible!!! The wait staff was RUDE and so unhelpful that we walked out. Other local resturants were awesome. Front desk was pleasant and empathetic about our experience ay heyday but the damage was done. Next time I will board my dog and stay at Marriott JW or Omni.
