While the staff were friendly, the hotel itself is in disrepair. The exterior door to our hallway did not close fully and was not locked/secured from outsiders. Our room had stained sheets on the bed, melted chocolate (hopefully on the floor), no working phone. Our shower did not function at all - water came out of the tub tap at the rate of a sink and then wouldn’t turn off, so the water in the tub ran all night, because when I called the front desk, they said there were no other rooms and no one from mantenance was onsite. The ice machine was out of order too. Spent a total of 6 hours in this room and it cost me over $200. Not safe, no value, but kind staff.

It started off great and then our room didn’t have a working shower so the front desk said they’d comp us a portion of our stay and move us to a new room. Then in the new room the bathtub was dirty and the remote wasn’t working. The front desk had us reach out to Expedia about the comp but Expedia says they reached out and the hotel claims otherwise?
