Kaunis järven rannalla sijaitseva huvila, josta on näkymät Travisin järvelle ja ympäröivälle kukkulalle. Rentoudu keinona tyyliin porteilla ja nauttia kaksi maisemoitu ulkouima-altaat ja kylpytynnyrit. Meillä on myös lämmitetty sisäallas, poreallas ja kuiva sauna, joka tekee tästä paikasta täydellinen talvi päästä pois liikaa. On hyvin varustettu kuntosali ja tenniskenttiä omaisuutta vieraalle käyttöön. Olemme myös kätevästi lähellä ravintoloita ja kylpylää. Ravintola on avoinna rajoitetusti viikonloppuisin. Meillä on myös pesukone ja kuivaaja vieraiden käyttöön. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä kattilat ja pannut, kahvinkeitin, mikroaaltouuni, tehosekoitin, ja leivänpaahdin. Olohuoneessa on vuodesohva, joka avautuu on queen size bed. Makuuhuoneessa oli queen-vuode ja upea näköala järvelle ja Hill Country. Nauti auringonlaskua iltaisin ulos parvekkeella katsellen veneitä risteilyt ympäri, sen maaginen! Raja määrä vieraita on 4. Jos olisi enemmän tilaa tutustu vieressä omaisuutta, Villa 2, joka on aivan vieressä ja voi nukkua lisäksi 4 henkilöä yhteensä 8 vierasta. Pidämme 1 yö vuokria yli arkipäivänä. Jos haluat varata yön aikana arkisin, kysy.

Top Floor Terrific

This unit is on the 3rd/top floor so no overhead noise. Quick communication with the owner who included detailed entry, parking and restaurant info.Sleek interior design with comfortable furniture. The bedroom has black-out curtains which actually work if you prefer sleeping with all the lights out. I do!The patio is secluded. There is a fountain below which makes a perfect sound for an afternoon nap on the comfortable patio furniture.Lake Travis is low…yet you can still access the deep channel from the marina. Being across from Pace Bend Park means the landscape is pristine without boat docks and parties.Cons- Inside hot tub empty for repairs. An older building which shows some wear. Restaurant open only on Th PM - Sunday during off season.

Mini getaway

My fiance and I recently booked there for the weekend after all the chaos before Christmas and this was the perfect spot!!! From the moment we arrived we felt so relaxed and at peace and enjoyed some amazing views right from our room! The host was extremely helpful I will definitely book again

Comfortable retreat on Lake Travis

Came to Lago Vista to visit family and found staying at this nearby resort was perfect for me. There were swimming pools, beautiful views and plenty of deer. Very calming.

Great price and property! Description and pictures are exactly what you get. Beautiful property and condo. Bed is a bit hard and pools could have been cleaner but other than that great stay! Jayda was friendly and gave lots of information upfront to help make things easier!

Relaxing place

We needed to get away for a few days and relax. That is exactly what we did. Place was quiet and relaxing. Spectacular views also helped with our mini vacation. We will definitely stay at the same unit again!

Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed our stay, and the view of the lake from our balcony. Jaya, our host was very responsive to our needs. It s so sad that the smell from the river is so strong but it didn’t stop the boaters, paddle boarders, kayakers. We ate at the The Grill one night, food was pretty good, and I would recommend not sitting in front of the entertainers speakers if you want to visit with your table mates, but the guitarist was amazing. If we have a chance, we will definitely go back again.

Just needed some time away

If you are looking for a quiet location this is the place to be. I was glad to know that the place was not overly busy especially on the 4th of July weekend. Check in was very easy however as I was by myself it would have been convenient if there had been a cart to help with belongings. My daughter has stayed at the island properties before and there were carts to make the transition from the parking lot to the room easier. The garage parking was nice especially in the Texas heat. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice however I was a bit disappointed to find that there were dirty towels in the washing machine and the internet wifi was extremely slow for the tv. I am glad the facility has three pools and a couple of hot tubs. It does spread out the amount of people in the pool and Makes the hot tubs more available. I will say that I would have appreciated a heads up before renting that the indoor pool was going to be resurfaced and therefore closed during my stay. Accessing the indoor facility would have been nice during the heat of the day. Overall I had a pleasant time and would stay at the property again.

Second Stay

This place is amazing. This is our second time staying in this same Condo. As always the hosts is amazing. The Condo was clean and always enjoy the balcony. Great relaxing stay me and my wife really never left the condo. Great experience and the lake is peaceful. Staying away from the city life is very relaxing. Definitely going to come back next year.

Wonderful Scenery

This property has a wonderful view of the Colorado River and we enjoyed our time at the outdoor hot tub. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed which we were not aware of. There are several nice parks in the vicinity. Recommend to prepare meals on site as close by restaurants are scarce.
