you are welcome to our lovely place.
In a special green unique neighborhood on the lake, just a small walking distance from the Marine, and not far from the Shopping center, quite and private.

in the living room a very comfortable pull up sofa, opening to a queen bed.
in the Bedroom a comfortable queen bed.

A full large kitchen for a self cooking with all what you need for enjoying a delicious dinner.
The space
The place is a private apartment on the ground floor of our house, with a private and accessible entrance with parking right next the door.
Guest access
You can use all the right side of the parking and all the patio in the front of the unit, it is covered with synthetic grass, you can also use shared small pull and the large comfortable hammock hanging on the Oak tree.

You can have access to the laundry room any evening or anytime in the weekend, but to open you the laundry room i need to know at least a few hours before.
Other things to note
There is A/C in the bedroom and in the living room, which is making cool all the unit.
For heating there is 2 electric heaters, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Lake Travis. Laundry facilities are available. The apartment offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

When we showed up it had not been swept and underneath the furniture there was a lot of dirt and items. The checkin process was very painless, but it is a bit hard to find considering the address does not take you to the correct location. It was listed as a 2 bedroom with the pool outside, unfortunately the pool wasn’t in function, there’s a bedroom and a living room, and it’s also attached to the house where others live. There was a lot of loud noise from the upstairs around 8pm to 9:30pm, but the property manager was pretty responsive. The location is absolutely amazing and it is a cozy space, but you also have to deal with the noise of the toilet refilling consistently why watching tv. That sums up my 3 star review, it was a nice place, but did have a few errors.
