Entire place. Please no congregation on front landing or stairs. Physical address is on Cougar Dr. GPS wise a better address is 1005 W Stassney Ln we are the entrance right after on on the right. Enter Gate One which is the 1st gate on the property. The key is just left of gate one under the stair case

Quiet gated community nestled between two nearby schools. We are walking distance to a number of stores most notable Baskin Robbins, Sonic, Walgreens, Dollar General, and Planet K smoke shop >20mins from DT, >25mins from UT.

NOTE: We are close to DownTown (20mins) and our walls and windows are thin you may hear passing cars from the busy street next to us.

On a bus route just 20mins outside of Downtown Austin.

There is a parking lot with PLENTY of parking.

Is the space wheelchair friendly?
There is a flight of stairs to the entrance of the condo.

How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. If you have issues with the code, let us know and we will get you a physical key.

Is a pack/play or high chair available?
Yes! If you let us know ahead of time, we can have the pack n play and/or high chair waiting for you at the house.

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.

Is noise an issue?
Noise sensitive neighbors at bottom unit. Please notify me if there in an issue. The condo backs up to the street so there is some street noise.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.

Are pets allowed?
There is a $50 fee for a pet stay. Please add your pet as a guest.

Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.

Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. Our carpart is also a safe option for leaving bags for a longer time period. Just let us know. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.

Are a washer and dryer available?
Yes. The washer/dryer is in the bathroom area.

Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
We can arrange up to a two hour early check in or late check out. The fee is $20 per hour.

What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very work a drive by!
1) We ONLY provide free Wifi. The TVs down/up stairs has a Fire stick you will need your own log in to Netflix or Hulu or any other tv app. There`s No cable available.
2) Please no smoking inside (we have bad allergies) or on front landing. There is a private covered patio for you to smoke.
3)Retirement Community Sun-Thurs please keep noise to a minimum starting a 9pm Fri & Sat 12am.
4) Please Do Not Allow Entrance Gate to Slam when exiting or entering the property.
5)Laundry Room takes Credit Cards (Same key as Gate)
6)Obey Pool Rules, No Alcohol allowed in pool area. Pool Open Year around. (Same key as Gate)
7) Upon leaving please discard all trash in the big can in the parking lot and put towels in the laundry basket Leave keys on counter.
8)Fire Extinguisher is located under kitchen sink.
