This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home features two king suites, a private pool and hot tub, and a full wellness zone with gym, sauna, and cold plunge. Surrounded by original works from an internationally exhibited artist, every space tells a story. Close to the Barton Creek Greenbelt and downtown Austin, it’s a pet-friendly sanctuary made for inspired group getaways.

Guests have full access to the main home, patio, pool, hot tub, and wellness areas. The RV and hangar on-site are not accessible during stays. All outdoor amenities shown — including the BBQ terrace and fitness space — are available exclusively for guest use.

This area is best enjoyed by rideshare or car, with Lyft and Uber offering quick access to downtown Austin, South Congress, and nearby restaurants. Scooters are common in central Austin but less practical around the neighborhood.
We have security cameras outside our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.

1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
