Checked out 1-2-26 and was told my deposit of $50 would be fully refunded. On 1-4-26 I learned I received a partial refund. Called the motel and spoke with Ms. Ruth and she told me the pillowcase and towels were stained and did not come out in the laundry. I do not believe this, and plan to file a complaint and dispute these charges with my bank. She also told me that the check out clerks do not always know what housekeeping will report. My children and I did not misue linens beyond the purpose they were intended to be used. I saw a roach in the room the same day I checked in. I woke up on the 1-1-26 scratching around my left elbow and saw red spots, similar to insect bites. I am still treating this area which has developed into noticeable insect bites with extremely uncomfortable itching. I will be contacting my doctor for an examination. I will never stay at another Motel 6 again.

Overall room was worth the price. Clean; but basic and smaller than expected. Also smelled a bit of body odor. Isn’t in the best neighborhood; but close to the airport, staff was friendly and professional, and was a decent value.
