THE PROPERTY
Woven Sky sits on 14 private acres along Barton Creek in the Texas Hill Country. When you book, the entire property is yours. No shared spaces, no other guests, no neighbors within sight.
Two separate beautifully appointed four-bedroom homes anchor the land, connected by garden paths and open lawn. That structure is the whole point. For examples: Groups can split between houses and still gather for dinner, two couples traveling together get real privacy, a team on a working retreat gets a house for the workday and a house for the evening.
The views are the thing people remember. The land falls away toward the creek, and the long Hill Country horizon runs uninterrupted in every direction. Sunrise from the upper balconies and sunset from the pool deck are worth planning your day around.
WOVEN HOUSE
The main home. Four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a full kitchen built for cooking real meals for a crowd rather than reheating takeout. The living room seats the whole group comfortably around one conversation.
Decks and balconies at the front and back, so morning coffee, an afternoon with a book, and a late glass of wine each have their own spot. The back patio has the pool, a grill, and enough space for any group staying here.
SKY HOUSE
The second home is equally as gorgeous. Four more bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, its own complete kitchen, its own living room, and a game room with a pool table and poker table. Sky House functions as a genuinely independent house, which is what makes Woven Sky work for groups that want proximity without living on top of one another.
Its own decks and balconies catch a different angle on the property and, in our opinion, the better sunset.
THE POOL
The pool is the center of gravity here right off of Woven House. Open sky above it, long views past it, and enough deck and seating that the whole group can be around it at once. Afternoons at Woven Sky tend to start here and never quite leave.
THE GROUNDS
Fourteen acres is more land than most groups know what to do with, which is exactly the appeal.
Walking paths wind through the property and down toward the creek, an easy stroll after breakfast or a quiet loop when you need ten minutes to yourself. Planted gardens sit between the two homes and along the paths, changing through the season.
A huge turfed lawn gives anyone room to run and gives you space for a game, a yoga mat, or nothing at all. Two different fire pits can be found throughout the property to enjoy the night with a beautiful fire.
Barton Creek runs the length of the property line.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Two full kitchens stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, and the basics for cooking at scale. Linens and towels for every bed and bath. Both homes have WiFi, washers and dryers, grills. Parking for plenty of vehicles, so nobody has to caravan.
THE LOCATION
Woven Sky sits in the pocket of Hill Country where Austin stops feeling like a city. You get quiet, dark skies with downtown Austin still only 30 minutes away.
Nearby: wineries, distilleries, Hamilton Pool, Dripping Springs, Salt Lick, hiking, golf. Groceries and supplies are 10 minutes out, so plan a stock-up run on your way in.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Multi-generational family vacations. Family reunions. Milestone birthdays and anniversaries. Corporate offsites and team retreats. Writing groups, board retreats, wellness weekends, and friend groups who have been threatening to do this trip for five years.
GOOD TO KNOW
Minimum stay is 2 nights. Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. No Pets. No Smoking. If you want to have any parties or large events, you can add on later. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for the land and our neighbors.
We live nearby and are reachable throughout your stay, but we stay out of your way unless you need something. The property is yours.
