Whether you’re here for a wedding weekend, multi-family reunion, corporate retreat, or just a staycation, the Dakota Mountain Retreat offers the perfect blend of luxury, entertainment, and breathtaking natural beauty.

1) While this home accommodates up to 20 guests, only the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted at the property. When booking on Airbnb, the system initially allows you to book for up to 16 guests. After booking, you MUST click “edit reservation”, increase the group size to the correct number of guests, and pay the additional guest fee of $75 per person per night for your additional guests (up to 20 total guests) to confirm your booking.



2) This property is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.



3) The pool can be heated to 85 degrees and there is an additional fee of $200/day (plus tax).

We had a group of friends and family in town and the house and pool were perfect. Close to Austin but just enough privacy out in Dripping Springs. Only comment is that we wished there were more dish towels! Would love to come stay again !

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and clean, perfect for our large group. Family Holiday

We had a ton of fun at this property. We had twelve family members ranging in age from 4 to 90, and there was something for everybody. The kids (and adults) played a ton of pool and air hockey, and we enjoyed roasting smores on the deck, plus great family meals at the large dining rom table. And lots of football watching by some! It is a wonderful property.

We had a great time at the property. The house has an amazing view, beautiful pool and was set up well for our family. We had 16 of varying ages from 6 years to 70 years old. The kids had a great time in the game room playing pool and fooseball while the adults could visit in the living room.

Was perfect for a group of 11 adults. Property listed as 7 bedrooms, though there are really 6 with the master suite large walk-in converted to bunk room. Wedding Weekend

We rented this property for the weekend of our daughter‘s wedding. Our friends and family stayed there and absolutely loved it. The space was perfect for a large group. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms and that made the weekend so nice. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating as we had flight cancellations. Our stay was able to be extended an extra night. And they also gave us the option to extend another night. We really appreciated their help. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Hill Country Dream with a View!

This property exceeded our expectations! Our group had plenty of space to spread out and relax in the comfortable rooms. The game room was a huge hit (that pool table!), but the real star was the outdoor space. We spent hours lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun and incredible Hill Country views. Evenings were magical, gathered around the fire pit with drinks and good conversation. The location was perfect - secluded yet an easy drive to Austin. What an incredible property and outdoors!

This house was so stunning. We spent a few days in a large group as we had a wedding in the area. The outside patio with the pool, deck and valley views is just fabulous. It was super private and we felt so privileged. The host was super fast in interacting with us and the property is hosted like a luxury hotel with towels, soap etc..It felt like being at the Four Seasons. The kids also loved the game room and the big TV screens so there was something for everyone
