Your management service dropped the ball and I was not able to stay at one of your facilities.

Do Not Book!!

I was never sent instructions with the gate code to the apartment complex or how to get in to the apartment. Host would not message me back or answer my calls. Once I arrived at the apartment there was not a coded handle or ring doorbell, basically it would be impossible to get in without a key. At 11:30pm at night I was in Austin on race weekend stranded desperately trying to find a place to stay and ended up having to get an uber to take me 30 minutes to a hotel at a premium rate.
