Our room was nice and so was the breakfast. I expected more though, from a higher priced hotel. I booked 4 rooms for us, our children and grandchildren. We had a wedding to go to so I called to ask if we could check in a little early to get dressed before the wedding after traveling all day. The lady was super nice and said no problem - she will make a note on our account. Well, when we got there, they were glad to let us check in early as long as we paid a $25 fee per room. There was no mention of a fee when I called in advance. Upon check in I also learned that the pool doesn't open until 11am (which conveniently is also check-out time). One of the major reasons I picked this hotel was for the pool time with my grandkids. We planned to swim in the morning before we got back in the car for a long drive. No such luck. The fitness center was also closed. The door to my son's room wouldn't work correctly so he was "upgraded" to a suite. Unfortunately both the room and bathroom doors to the suite had to be lifted to close correctly - and there was a weird section of the room that was lower than the rest like the building was coming apart. I'm not normally a complainer but I splurged on this hotel to have something really nice for our family and it didn't fit the bill. When my husband complained at check-out they did refund the $25 but over-all I was disappointed.

Clean Comfort for Under $100

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! I was on a road trip back from Chicago & needed a place to sleep for the night. Finding this room for under $100 was the best discovery! The room was clean, spacious and most importantly, the king size bed was a dream to sleep on! I will definitely plan to stay here on my future trips.

My husband & I needed to work on a rental property in Niles for approximately 4 days. I chose this hotel due to proximity and price. Check-in staff member was very gracious and worked with me to find a room on the 1st floor. The room itself was quite spacious. King bed was very comfortable. Room had a couch w/ ottaman that was handy when watching TV. Location of room was great, as it was near a sude entrance door - very convenient. Breakfast was more than expected. The only negatives I found were the bathtub was slippery; the wall paper in the bath had started to peal; the desk chair did not have casters which made it very hard to move; and there was no yogurt offered at breakfast. All small things.

The hotel was clean, safe, and smelled fresh. Its well priced and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The only thing, and not even really a complaint, is that it could use a refresh/update aesthetically. It still provided a somewhat homey feel though. Thank you.
