The property and room was nice , enjoyed the the sun deck and the treats. Very clean rooms . Only downfall was parking , it is limited and small. We took a dodge truck . And the parking around the area is normally taken due to being open to the public. Room didn't have AC which maybe normal in the area, we had gone on a warm weekend. Overall it was a good stay.

NOT GOOD! ...had to wait for a key (no electronic keys) because the office, had an electronic key but the office wouldn't open, staff (who was really nice!) had to hammer & drill the office lock/door open... the room wasn't any better, the TV was disconnected, the bed was bowed like it was used a million times, I literally stuck to the leather chairs like they weren't cleaned, the shower water pressure was none existent... I'd rate 2 or 3 out of 10! ...the free "Pecan Pie & Ice Cream" was really good but not even close for me to return.

This property came with quite a few extras. They provided chairs, towels for the beach, bikes, and it has a really nice coffee area upstairs on top floor with great view. Rooms were comfortable, had a great spa tub. However, Property needs a little work. Stairs and floors have a really weird design. Several times chairs and bikes were not available. Even though they offered them out to guest for free. It was first come first serve. Some Guest just got them early and kept them all day for themselves. Overall, it’s a nice property and a good location. I hope they keep putting money into it.

Great time staying at the Inn at Avila. Staff is friendly , easy check in and out. The rooftop is a great place to chill and play board games or sip coffee! The morning coffee & baked pastries were perfect. The rooms need some updating , beds especially but it’s a cute spot with the beach footsteps away!

Property is in walking distance from the beach it’s an adorable little town. Definitely a come back to this place. This was our second stay in the Avila experience and we would not ever change it. Our memories made here have been amazing.

This hotel is in an amazing location with the sound of ocean waves to relax you and the beauty of the e ocean to gaze at. The interior needs some repair and update to enhance the awesome experience.

Was not worth the money. We had beds that were so high we needed a stool to get in bed. They have danish and coffee on the roof which is 4 flights up. I elevators. The whole experience was very disappointing.
