We were a little frustrated when arriving, having problems with the lock bolt not fully disengaging and unlocking the door, needing someone to deliver a key, until another Technician could repair the lock the next day, finding a damaged min-blind in the 3rd Floor/Loft bedroom that was never replaced during our stay, the Hot Tub wasn't working and took two days for a Technician to address the issue, there was a coffee maker but no coffee pot. When a coffee pot was delivered, it was too big for the coffee maker, but would work with the pot lid open, and my oldest Daughter found a couple of large Palmetto bugs on her bed on separate occasions. Aside from that, the place was nice and conveniently located to public access to the beach.

Nice place to stay, dog owners beware

The property was nice and clean. The location was great. We enjoyed the hot tub. The only downside was the large number of burrs in the yard surrounding the property. Dog owners, be careful and maybe consider buying some protective footwear for your pups before your stay. Your dogs will get TONS of burrs stuck in their paws. Don’t walk barefoot around outside for this same reason.

Perfect location

The location of the property was perfect!!!!! The beds were very uncomfortable except the bed in the master bedroom on the third floor The rugs on the bottom floor could really use a deep clean There were no extra towels. There were no beach towels anywhere …..upon arriving. I noticed the coffee pot was dirty. The washer and dryer was quite old. We expected some welcome pamphlets, or a book to tell us what was around the area or even something telling us where the beach access was we had to walk around to find the beach access. overall, we did enjoy our stay. It was closer to the ocean than we expected. We just wish the house would’ve had more amenities. We went down there for my daughter’s 15th birthday. I couldn’t even make her a cake because there were no cake pans to do that. There was no can opener on site. There were no lights on the first deck on the second deck there were two lights, but only one worked. The lack of amenities did not ruin our stay. We made it work ….again The view was outstanding.

Cute home

It was great waking up to the sound of ocean waves and beautiful sunrises. Some updates needed (refrigerator didn't cool) and could have been cleaner (smells like wet dog upon entry and a mattress needed cleaning). Overall, we had a great time and would return again!!
