Appartamento all'interno di un vecchio RASCARD del 600, interamente ristrutturato nel 2021 mantenendo le caratteristiche storico artistiche di un edificio classificato come monumento, con utilizzo di materiali tradizionali e di recupero. Si trova nel cuore della Val d'Ayas a 1660 metri di altitudine, al centro dello splendido borgo di Lignod. In 10 minuti due navette circolari gratuite conducono al comprensorio sciistico Monterosa sky a Champoluc. A 1,4 km si trovano le piste di Antagnod.

Lignod è uno splendido borgo in stile Walser, accogliente e silenzioso. Viuzze in pietra si snodano tra antichi Rascard. Da diverse fontane all'interno del paese sgorga l'acqua fresca della sorgente. Alle spalle tra i prati parte il sentiero che porta a Barmasc e al monte Zerbion. Il Rascard, posto a 200 metri dalla strada, è raggiungibile a piedi.
